Narrator: Sanjay, the charioteer.

Blind king: Dhritarashtra. King of Hastinapur.

Queen: Gandhri . Actually she was the Princess of Kandahar/ Kabul.

It is Mahabharata.

    His charioteer,Sanjay was narrating the war at to Dhritarastra(the blind king of Hastinapur).
