and also just for pride I am having a white strip across my face over my eyes like a blindfold painted on with black eyeliner
well personally i do not care for this style. its awkward and scary looking. but i won’t be wearing it you will be. so it doesn’t matter what others think. clothing and fashion is just another way to express yourself and your feelings. so i say if you like it and its appropriate for the occasion then wear it. hope i helped! : )
I want to blindfold my partner, what items can I use other than a feather tickler to run along his body?
I am going away for the weekend, its our first night away and I wanted to do something different to spice it up in the bedroom. I have no idea what tools I can use other than body parts and a feather to run along his body.
Serious answers please, I was thinking ice block but its really cold here, I have no idea.
Your bra.
make sure you blindfold him securely so he can’t see. maybe let him do it to you too.
Would you wear a professional blindfold & earplugs for 1 whole year, if you got 1 million dollars at the end?
For 365 days you gotta wear a blindfold that covers 100% of your vision as well as earplugs that mute 100% of your hearing. Then on the 366th day, you’ll get you’re 1 million dollars. I would do it. It’d be hard, but i would survive.
As a professional gimp, I’d be happy to accept this 200% payrise. When can I start?
Is there a martial arts that can be used to fight someone while the martial artist is blindfolded?
Or if the Martial artist is Blind
Will it allow the martial artist to win a fight against an attacker?
Ninjutsu
and possibly samurai
Would you wear blindfolds?
For a friend’s psychology experiment? It would take a couple of hours. What would you use as blindfolds?
a scarf or a piece of black cloth wrapped around their eyes.
What are some fun things one could do blindfolded to step outside their comfort zone?
What are some fun things one could do blindfolded to step outside their comfort zone?
"Watch" a TV show and just listen.
Navigate around the house and try to make a sandwich or fold laundry.
Take a walk around the neighborhood.
No matter what you do though, you need to make sure that your blindfold is secure because you don’t want any light to get in. I would recommend a sleep mask or maybe two and a bandana tied tight over the masks.
Is giving a child religion equivalent to blindfolding them?
Maybe it would be perfectly equivalent if you cut tiny little holes in the blindfold allowing the child to see a tiny bit of reality, because this is kind of like what religion does to children, right? You know, it allows them to see only the parts of reality that support the myths and superstitions of whatever religion they’ve been given and it blocks out any part of reality that contradicts the religion, right?
If Jesus is a blindfold, looking at others who wore the blindfold — Kepler, Netwon, Pascal, Goedel, Cantor, Euler, Gauss — I would think having it would be an advantage to my child.
As a mathematician I would be honored if any of my children rose to such a level. And to look through the world through the eyes (blindfold for your premise) of Jesus! To see people with eyes of love, and look past their weaknesses and insecurities! … to put the interests of others first. I would love for my children to have such a point of view. Unfortunately, they see me and I am not so good. Instead, I must model for them the practice of asking for forgiveness and admitting fault. And I can also practice forgiving them in return.
Newton — " If I have seen farther, it is because I stood on the shoulders of giants."
BTW: My daughter graduated valedictorian of her HS class and is now on the dean’s list at one of the top ranked engineering universities in the US. She seems to be handling REAL things just fine. She understands the real world, is happy, gets along with people well, and is easy going. Maybe seeing the world through the lens of the "Jesus myth" enhances once’s ability to live in the real world.
